Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, or relationship with MercConsulting constitutes a violation of these terms and may have legal consequences.

Any action that disrupts or interferes with our services, servers, or networks is prohibited. This includes using viruses, malware, or other harmful code, attempting to bypass security measures, engaging in denial of service attacks, or otherwise disrupting normal functionality of the platform for other users.
